The Final Bump Off!

Sarah is 28 weeks and Jenny is 40+ weeks. Her baby boy was due March 28th but he decided he needed to cook a while longer. If he doesn't show up within the next few days, then Jenny will be induced on Friday April 3rd. Even though there is a 12 week difference between Jenny and Sarah, they are about the same size!

We've hit another milestone with our twins. 28 weeks is a turning point in their development. Should they be born now they would have a greater chance of surviving. Our next milestone is 32 weeks, so let's all keep our fingers crossed.

It took Elliot hours to paint the crib, but only minutes to assemble it.


Almost there...


Ta-dah! Our nursery now has all the necessary pieces of furniture. We just need a few decorative touches (and some babies) before we call it done.


We found a new use for the Boppys! This will become all the rage in no time!

The nursery is almost complete!

Elliot painted the changing table/dresser this weekend. Doesn't it look fantastic? Notice the cute drawer pulls we picked out...locomotive, sailboat and airplane. Next up is the crib. Once we get that painted and assembled the nursery will be ready. Now all we need are a couple of babies to put in it!

Shhh....

Sarah went into the nursery to plan the curtains she will make this weekend... she ended up falling asleep.

Car Seats Galore!

Sarah and Elliot were thrilled to receive two car seats from Grandpa and Grammy Sue!


We immediately installed the car seats...let's hope they are installed correctly!
Sarah's elephant was the closest thing to an infant we could find. He became our first passenger.

Elliot sure has his hands full and his truck is looking manlier than ever!

Check out Sarah's awesome balancing skills! Cirque du Soleil has been hounding her to join them, but she's holding out for her own reality tv series!

Catching Some Rays

Sarah and the boys took advantage of the 80 degree weather by relaxing in the sun. Don't worry, Sarah is wearing suncreen. Tomorrow it's supposed to snow... gotta love Colorado!

26 Weeks and Counting

Our little guys are getting bigger by the day... and so is their mom.
Mommy likes to listen to her babies. Soon she'll be listening to them cry all of the time!

Happy St Patrick's Day!

It turns out that the babies love corned beef and cabbage. They like to squirm when they hear the bagpipes!

This was our third year meeting our friends at Q's for St Patty's day. The have bagpipers and Irish stepdancing... and of course green beer!

She's getting big!  We can see the babies moving from the outside of Sarah's tummy now.  We took the babies to the ballet and they were squirming!
