Caleb had to have a special test done called a barium swallow. He had to drink barium while the doctor took x-rays of him swallowing. This allowed us to see if there was a blockage or deformity in his esophagus and stomach. Fortunately, everything was functioning normally. The tentative diagnosis is reflux which can be easily treated with meds.
Caleb had to wear a little hospital gown and bracelet.
At Children's Hospital the kids travel in style! Red wagons are available to transport your precious cargo.
